On the holiday of the Harvest Feast, Heggal left his home to spread the word of the goddess
Irori. Obsessed with the Masters Rebus, he set himself to learning its truths. Sadly for his
studies, he did this investigation in most of the taverns of the Inner Sea. He soon learned he
was better suited to the worship of Cayden Cailean, god of intoxication. On Merrymead, in
the fulsome company of wild revelers, he chose a new path, and he has never looked back.

Kyra and her family grew up near a small temple to Sarenrae, the goddess of healing, honesty,
redemption, and the sun. When bandits attacked Kyras village, Sarenraes priestesses defended
the innocent, driving off the raiders at the cost of their lives and their sanctuary. Standing in the
burned ruin of the temple, young Kyra swore her life and sword arm to the goddess, promising
mercy to the deserving and a quick death to those who spread in darkness.

As a recruit of the Eagle Knights, Tarlin has been assigned guardianship over caravans along
the River Road, a path that leads to the demonically devastated Worldwound. He rallies both
nobles and peasants to his side, inspiring them with the good word of Iomedae. Due to his
talent with weapons, paladins consider him one of their own. Should the Light of the Sword call
him to battle, he will brandish his weapon against all who stand in Iomedaes way.

and clerics working in concert to discover mysteries left by the god Nethys. A master of The
Book of Magic, Zarlova routinely ventures from the halls of academia to spread knowledge
among the unenlightened. She is willing to sacrifice just about anything to advance her
understanding of the world: money, goods, animals, or even parts of herself.
