Graduates begin their journey in their home country* and will then enjoy two rotations within
the wider Asia Pacific Region, spanning across countries in the pacific such as Papua New
Guinea, Solomon Islands and New Caledonia through to countries in Asia like Japan,
Thailand, Myanmar and China.
*Must have work rights to the country you apply for.
Timeline
Applications open: October 31st December 2016
Selection: November 2016 February 2017
Assignment one: September 2017 April 2018
Assignment two abroad: May 2018 Dec 2018
Assignment three abroad: January 2019 August 2019
You will then land a permanent role with Heineken in September 2019.

Desired Skills and Experience
Recent graduate degree or graduating students who can start work by September
2017
No more than 2 years of professional work experience in your chosen function
(voluntary work and internships do not count)
Must speak English fluently, another language skill an added benefit
Desire to live and work abroad (full mobility for rotations across Asia Pacific region is
a must throughout the programme)
Possesses a genuine interest in other countries and cultures
Proven leadership skills with drive to succeed, involvement in extracurricular
activities advantageous
Experience of working, studying, or volunteering outside your home country
advantageous.
