ABSTRACT

Irsan Rahman, B1B1 11 020 Effect of five personality traits to the successful
model of entrepreneurship (Studies on washing vehicles in Kendari City and BauBau) (guided by Nurwati, and La Hatani)
The research objective of this test and explain the effect of five personality
trait models (neoroticism, extraversion, agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness)
towards entrepreneurial success washing of vehicles in the city of Kendari and BauBau. This study design was used survey method with the analysis unit owner or
manager of services pencuncian vehicle. The sampling technique of this research
using census method with a sample size of 31 people. Analytical equipment used in the
testing of the hypothesis is factor analysis (CFA) and Bivariate Regression. These
results indicate that the five personality trait models positive and significant impact
on the success of entrepreneurship. This means that the better or improved five
personality trait models (neoroticism, extraversion, agreeableness, openness,
conscientiousness) the owner or manager of the vehicle pencuncian services
berwirausahaanya increasing success.
