    This document provides a checklist for evaluating English teaching students' general behavior and attitude during classroom presentations. The checklist contains 5 criteria: punctuality, responsibility, preparation, enthusiasm, and initiative. For each criterion, the teacher assigns a score between 1-5 based on whether the student's behavior/attitude was superior, satisfactory, average, below average, or poor.
