cables, one of the leading cable manufacturing industry in Pakistan, FAST CABLES LTD,I am

EXPERIENCE:
Asst. Manager Q.C & Technical FAST Cables Limited (From 11July, 2013 to
Present)
Reporting to Quality Manager, I am responsible for the overall quality of manufactured
cables.
As team leader of quality control department its my responsibility to assure that all
manufacturing material is in conformance to the standard.
Furthermore my responsibility includes
Designing of cables conductor as per standard requirement
Compliance with ISO,PSQCA and CE marking standards
Technical preparation of documentation for tender(preparation of Technical data)
Testing of cables (PVC,PE,LSZH,XLPE,HDPE) and overhead bare conductors as
per relevant international standards
High Voltage, Partial discharge, Insulation Resistance, heat cycle, impulse test and
other type testing of PVC,HDPE,PE,LSZH,XLPE cables up to 75KV cables.
Installation, ducting and fault troubleshooting of cable, visit sites of customers if
they found any trouble in cable installation.
Managing and maintaining all document according to ISO.
All type testing according to WAPDA and K-Electric standards
To supervise QC inspectors and supervisors for continues improvement in Q.C
process

Design and Development of a Medium Frequency Induction Furnace with Feedback (PLL):
Simulation & Implementation
Project deals principally with the electrical requirements for induction furnace
production. PLL is used in this project as feedback which senses the change in frequency of the
load (LC tank). Through feedback output of this furnace is controlled.
