The Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership (A.E.Y.L.) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit

organization for the mentorship, educational encouragement and outreach of young
men and women.

OUR VISION for establishing a well-rounded program is primarily to focus

on the positive development of a generation that will inevitably have a direct
influence on future society. We inspire the achievement of success and importance
of setting goals through our Core 4 Programs: Mentoring, Academics, Athletics
and Community Service. We are dedicated to building the society and molding
our youth for the future demonstrating true ethics of LEADERSHIP.
OUR MISSION is dedicated to the optimistic development of youth in the
community; through personal guidance, educational encouragement and selfaccountability. We set emphasis on academic triumph, self-self-esteem, and social
competence to improve their perspective of life. The primary focus of the
organization is through the Mentoring and Academic encouragement; our outreach
strategies are centered on Community Service and Athletics; keeping the mind
engaged to moderate negative energy. We cultivate the interest of the organization
and our programs to benefit the youth in the communities.
A.E.Y.L. establishes relationships with the families of the youth, providing
assistance where needed. The mentoring sessions and activities allow youth the
opportunity to speak out, express their feeling without fear of being judged. They
are able to connect with peers who may be in similar situations, allowing them to
share ways on how they cope individually; regardless of their backgrounds.
The Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership collaborates and offers our programs
and services to various organizations such as: McKinney ISD, Samaritan Inn of
McKinney, Collin County Juvenile Detention Center, Collin County Municipal
Court, McKinney Housing Authority, Volunteer McKinney, Salvation Army of
McKinney, Collin County Justice of the Peace, Habitat for Humanity, and various
churches and community organizations within Collin County.

A.E.Y.L. is funded solely by contributions, sponsorships and donations.

Your financial and/or material donations will support in the development of
A.E.Y.L. in more ways than one. We will be able to provide educational materials,
attend leadership workshops, organize community service projects, attend and
partake in athletic events and much more. A.E.Y.L. makes diligent efforts to
proclaim commitment to the youth and your contributions ensures the community
continued support and outreach programs to which will help build a brighter future.
