Below you will find a sampling of some of the exciting new products and program enhancements
that we will be rolling out in '05. We couldn't possibly cover all the great new things we have in
store for this year on one page so be sure to read through the entire catalog to discover the full

For 2005, Vibrant continues to expand our Stainless Steel Header and
Turbo Manifold program. Not only do we offer the most popular
Honda/Acura applications but now, we also produce headers for
applications like Mitsubishi Lancer, Mazda Protg, VW Golf/Jetta as
well as Turbo Manifolds for Subaru WRX / STi and SR20DET powered
Nissan 240SX.
First and foremost, Vibrant is an exhaust system manufacturer so,
for 05, we continue to expand on our already impressive
StreetPower Cat-Back and Axle-Back exhaust program. Be sure to
check out all the new applications that we will be rolling out this
year, especially the European car applications we have developed.
With the growing popularity of Factory turbocharged cars we continue

to expand our TPV Turbo Cat-Back offering. This year, we will release
3 systems for the MazdaSpeed Protg, Nissan 240SX (S14/S15),
Dodge SRT-4 and Subaru Forester 2.5XT. We will also release our long
awaited 3Cat-Back systems for turbo charged Honda Civic and Acura
Integras.
Vibrant has been developing a solid assortment of air induction
components over the past few years. This year is no different. After
more than 18 months of research and testing, we are proud to launch
our new Air-to-Air Intercooler program. In combination with our
Universal Aluminum Tubing and Silicone Connector offerings, we now
have everything you need in order to build a professional quality
custom intercooler kit.

committed to evolving in order to stay on top of this ever-changing market.
Over the years, Vibrant has also been awarded contracts to supply a
variety of performance exhaust products and accessories on a private
label basis to several prominent OEM and aftermarket companies. Many

Stainless Steel J-Spec Race Headers
J-Spec 4-1 Race Header

Designed for use on highly modified Honda B-Series motors where optimizing horsepower at the upper end of the RPM range
is critical. Will bolt up and clear the oil pan on all B-series engines (B16 / B18 / B20).
An ideal header for any B-Series powered All-Motor race application. Also a great choice for supercharged B-Series motors.
Features 45mm (1-3/4) O.D. precision CNC mandrel bent primaries of equal length that merge into our offset 4-1 collector.
The exhaust gases then exit the header from a large 63.5mm (2-1/2) outlet.
Flanges are made of T304 Stainless Steel to prevent corrosion and weld fatigue.
Provides good ground clearance.

J-SPEC 4-2-1 Race Header

Vibrants J-SPEC 4-2-1 (1 pc.) Race Header is also designed for use on modified Honda B-Series motors. Bolts up
and clears the oil pan on all B-series engines (B16 / B18 / B20).
Primarily intended for use on B-series Powered track cars and All-Motor street cars.
This lightweight race header has been designed to produce superior low and mid-range power while still producing
excellent power through VTEC.
Features 45mm O.D. CNC mandrel bent primaries of equal length that merge into a 2 O.D. Y-pipe and then finally
exiting into a 2 1/2 (63.5mm) O.D. outlet collector.
The 4-into-2 transition takes place much further downstream than with a standard 4-2-1 header, ensuring that power
is not sacrificed at the upper end of the RPM range.
This race header provides outstanding ground clearance, making it ideal for cars lowered more than 1.5 and for
certain engine swap configurations (i.e. B16A swaps into 88-91 Civic/CRX should always choose this header for best
ground clearance).
Flanges are made of T304 Stainless Steel.

J-Spec Header Hardware Kit

The J-SPEC Header Installation Kit makes installing our J-Spec Headers (Part
#2509 and 2539) easy. Best of all, it can be used to simplify the installation of
virtually any Honda header with a 2 1/2 outlet.
This kit consists of a connecting flange (with flared outlet neck) and a 2 1/2"
diameter donut style Teflon gasket. This flange will work with the OE spring bolts.

Vibrant 4-1 Headers are designed to get the most

out of high revving race tuned motors. They pull
extra horsepower and torque out of the motor
from the mid-range of the RPM scale right through
redline, making them ideal for race applications.
The primaries exit into a specially designed merge
collector that allows for smooth exhaust flow.
Our 4-2-1 Headers are ideal for street cars
because they provide superior ground clearance,
which is critical when installing a header
assembly on a lower vehicle. Available in
either a lightweight 1-piece design or the more
traditional 2-piece configuration, the 4-2-1
Header will produce excellent low and mid-range
HP and torque gains without sacrificing top-end
power.

Most StreetPower systems also feature an inline Stainless Steel resonator to further assist in providing a pleasantly low and deep exhaust note.
StreetPower cat-backs exit into a large, oval True Straight Through rear muffler that is specially chosen for each application to produce the best combination
of performance gains and tone control.

Direct Fit Intermediate Pipe Assemblies

For those people who may prefer to build their performance exhaust system more gradually,
Vibrant Performance offers the unique option of purchasing an axle back exhaust system first
(which will bolt up to your stock mid pipe) and then adding one of our high flowing Stainless
Steel Intermediate Pipe assemblies in order to create a true cat-back system.
Features of
Stainless Steel Intermediate Pipe Assemblies:
Each assembly is made from 16 ga. T304 Stainless Steel tubing that is CNC mandrel bent for unrestricted exhaust flow. Bolts right up to the
appropriate StreetPower or TPV axle back exhaust systems for a perfect fit every time.
A Stainless Steel resonator featuring a True Straight Through perforated core is incorporated into each intermediate pipe assembly to help
produce a low and deep exhaust note.
A Vibrant Stainless Steel Flexible Coupling featuring an inner braid liner (to avoid whistling) is incorporated into those applications where a flex
is needed.
All the necessary mounting hardware is included to make installation easy.

Due to popular demand, Vibrant now offers Direct Fit High Performance
Catalytic Converters for Honda and Acura applications, with
more applications to come in the future.
These easy-to-install bolt-on catalytic converters are 100% street legal,
meeting all EPA / CARB requirements for emissions
control. A hardware kit (including gaskets and
fasteners) comes with each assembly to make
installation easy.
If we dont offer a direct fit converter assembly for your
application but you still want to swap out your restrictive
OE cat for something more free flowing, please refer to
Page 27 for a complete list of all the Universal High
Performance Catalytic Converters we offer.
Please Note: By law, the replacement of O.E. catalytic converters is
permittted only if the original converter(s) has failed, if the vehicle has more
than 50,000 miles (80,000 KM) or is at least five years old and the need for
replacement has been established and documented by a certified automotive
technician and/or by an authorized inspection agent.

Vibrant Performance Racing

004 proved to be very successful for the Vibrant Performance/ETD Racing ProStock Honda CRX. Powered by an upgraded LS VTEC race motor, the Vibrant/ETD
CRX was crowned Canada's quickest and fastest All-Motor car for '04. Competing
exclusively on the CSCS (Canadian Sport Compact Series) circuit, we broke the long
standing Canadian Pro-Stock record time when driver/crew chief John Veloso piloted the
CRX to a season best time of 10.74 @ 124mph, beating the old record by more than a
1/2 second. We also managed to take home two 1st place finishes while capturing top
qualifier status in all 5 CSCS events that we attended. 2005 will see the Vibrant/ETD
team splitting its time between the CSCS series in Canada and various events in the US.

Vibrant proudly introduces our new line of Universal Air-to-Air
Intercoolers. Available in three core sizes, Vibrant Intercoolers
are designed to improve power output from turbocharged cars by
delivering superior cooling efficiency while minimizing pressure
drop thanks to our high quality tube and fin core construction.
Turbochargers produce hot, pressurized air that is directed into the intercooler and flows
through the thin tubes of the intercooler core. At the same time, cool ambient air enters
from the front of the core and allows the intercoolers external radiating fins to draw out
the heat from the pressurized air. This dissipation of heat decreases the chance of
detonation and allows for a cooler, denser intake charge entering the engine, thereby maximizing the vehicles power output potential.
Vibrant intercoolers are available in the following configurations:
Option A: Choose a Complete Assembly with polished aluminum end tanks already Tig welded to the core.
Option B: Choose the Core Only option if we dont have a Complete Assembly that suits your specific needs and then purchase the separate aluminum
end tanks available for each core size (or you can have your own end tanks custom made).

compact to the next level of performance. Each application
is designed to produce optimum horsepower, torque and
throttle response improvements by providing cooler, denser
air to your motor. They work especially well when installed
in conjunction with a Vibrant Performance Exhaust System.
Features of
Air Intake Systems:
Intake tubes made from CNC Mandrel Bent T6061 Aluminum.

Each kit includes a premium quality washable and reusable open funnel cotton-gauze air filter that provides excellent filtration.
A complete installation kit is included with each intake system featuring premium reinforced silicone couplers and silicone vacuum hoses,
stainless steel worm drive hose clamps and durable mounting brackets.
Most applications are available in a choice of three show quality finishes: Mirror Polished, Candy Blue and Candy Red.

introduction of Direct Fit Reinforced Silicone
Radiator Hose Kits.
Vibrant radiator hose kits are pre-shaped for
specific applications and are designed to meet
or exceed the original equipment manufacturers
specifications. Recommended for high
performance engines (specifically Turbocharged
or Supercharged applications). They provide
better flow through tight bends and
feature burst limits that exceed SAE
standards so as to avoid potential loss
of boost under high pressure.
Easy to install, each kit comes complete

WARRANTY POLICY
ALL VIBRANT PERFORMANCE products are covered by a LIMITED warranty covering only defects in materials and
workmanship (coverage periods vary according to product category). The products supplied by Vibrant Performance must
be installed in a manner that protects such product from external or internal physical damage and must be installed in
accordance with catalog recommendations. Vibrant Performance cannot be held liable for product failure caused by
improper installation and/or improper handling.
The sole obligation of Vibrant Performance will be to repair or replace the defective product after inspection by a Vibrant
Performance representative. The Vibrant Performance warranty makes absolutely NO ALLOWANCE for labor claims. We
will not be responsible for any costs incurred to remove the defective product or to re-install the replacement product, nor
does this limited warranty cover the cost to repair any damage sustained to the motor or any other parts on the vehicle
which may have been caused by the defective product. The warranty limits liability to the replacement or repair of the
defective product only.
No warranty claim shall be valid without written request for a Returned Goods Authorization number.
Any product returned to Vibrant for warranty reasons without an RGA# will be refused and returned to sender.
