First of all, on the behalf of Industry and Trade department of Hai Phong city, I
would like to send my best regard to the all the guestes and also board director
along with all the staff member of the Representatice offcie of Union Marine
Management service Ltd in Hai Phong.
In the past few years, Hai Phong city has open and begin to work with many huge
project in tranportation, high-tech industry, tourism which has all contributed to the
development and made a remarkble jump for Hai Phong city also bulding faith
within the investors. Symbolizing for this is the Hai Phong International Container
Port, opening the project for upgrading Cat Bi airport, Hon Dau resort and the
Vinhomes Riverside in Hai Phong. Attracting direct investment from foreign
countries in the city area has many incredible turn-about with many breakthrough
result. Until 19/09/2016, the total direct foreign investment of the city area was
2.735,76 million USD, about 5,12 times as in the same quarter of 2015. It is a
precious opportunity for companies and and investors to expanding their business
activity ,especially when there are many important project being deployed in the
city. Along with that, the city is joining in a new international economy integration
with many free trade agreement which was upgraded to a higher level. This scene
brings many chances to the development of the city.
Catching with that general development trend,UMMS established a representative
office in Hai Phong in order to research the market and stimulate the commerce in
Viet Nam

Today, Im glad to represent for the Industry and Trade department of Hai Phong
and to attend the Opening Ceremony of UMMS Representative offcice in Hai
Phong. About the Industry and Trade department, we are welcome your present in
Hai Phong city in order to impulse cooperation among the Hai Phong companies in
particular,Viet Nam companies in general with UMMS. Vietnamese businesses will
have more choice when seeking partner in the Ship Management Service.
