Type of Business:
The Greater Gouda is a fine dining
restaurant specializing in the cheese and wine
area. Major dishes will be cheese based along
with the wines.
We at The Greater Gouda hope that we
become an ideal choice for a lazy lunch, wine
flights post work or a relaxed supper.
The Greater Gouda hopes to be the perfect place
to enjoy a perfect meal with your loved ones.

Product:
The speciality cuisine will be European as
this cuisine is majorly based on cheese. One of
the best things about the European cuisine is that
it goes well with wine. Some of the items on our
menu are cheese croquettes, lasagne and pasta.

We also serve vinoctails which is the combination


of wine and cocktails.

Background & Purpose

The Greater Gouda is the perfect place
for a perfect meal with your loved ones. All
though we will be highly priced, we wont let
you down on our food, service and ambience.
People coming to The Greater Gouda will not
only come for good food but for the finest
wines of the world. There isnt a single wine
based restaurants in this city so this restaurant
will be something out of the box.

In a city like Mumbai, where people
have enough money to spend and no time to
cook, selling food is the most easiest and

profitable thing if you are good at it. Hence


the idea of a fancy restaurant with a little
expensive food and wine. The Greater Gouda
