Position : IT Business Continuity Management Consultant

The individual should have a Masters Degree preferably in Risk Management


or a related field with minimum 8 years experience or a Bachelors Degree
with minimum 10 years experience as
in Risk management
and business continuity consultant in a major organization managing their
information
security,
Risk
Management
and/
or business continuity Management. The individual should have gone through
one full life cycle of BCP aligned to ISO 22301, very strong knowledge and
expertise in IT DR planning, architecture and implementation, should have
conducted multiple business impact assessments, written BCP policies and
plans, carried out various kinds of BCP testing like IT DR tests, call tree tests,
crisis management tests, BCP plan tests, proven project management
experience etc., Experience in the finance domain preferred.
The business continuity management consultants main responsibility will
be:

Perform Business Impact Analysis and risk assessments


Monitors compliance with business continuity policies and procedures,
referring problems to the appropriate department managers
Develop organizational BCP policy and procedures aligned to ISO
22301
Plan and carry out Business continuity and DR tests within the
organization
Carry out site risk assessments aligned to organizational policies,
identify gaps, suggest mitigating controls and tracking closure of gaps
Carry out risk assessment of IT infrastructure, identify single points of
failure and track implementation to closure
Develop and implement effective communication and education
program to ensure on-going compliance to BCM & risk management
standards
Exposure to governance best practices and quality standards are
advantageous.

It would be highly beneficial to hold a CBCP / MBCI certificate, ISO 22301


Lead Auditor/ Implementer.
