Context of the lesson
This lesson is for foundation stage 2 students. Students are going to learn five different shapes through 25 minutes.
Teaching goal
The overall aim for this lesson is to learn five different shapes such as (circle, square, rectangle, triangle, and oval).

in the square and one face.
Assumptions about prior learning

there are four sides in the square and one face.
Anticipated problems and possible solutions
o Some students may not able to name the five shapes, so I will play a song to help them.
o Some students may not able to list different examples of shapes, so I will provide some examples for them.
o Some students may not able to recognize the sides and the faces of the different shapes, so I will help them by
practicing with them in the class.
