The job holder works closely with the senior HR management team and determine the firms strategy on
the recruitment and development to ensure the best talent for the future business. Manages all marketing

6. Key Areas of Responsibility:
Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for
the entire marketing Department.
Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and
procedures.
Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures into the business marketing area.
Support the business marketing areas in the Job Evaluation.
