5. Job Nature/Summary:
The job holder works closely with the senior HR management team and determine the firms strategy on
the recruitment and development to ensure the best talent for the future business. Manages all marketing
activities to attract the highest calibre of graduates. Besides this all external branding working,
advertising and Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants and Allocate human
resources, ensuring appropriate matches between
6. Key Areas of Responsibility:

Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for
the entire marketing Department.

Organization development, change management initiatives, and company-wide environment for


employees.

Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and
procedures.
Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures into the business marketing area.
Support the business marketing areas in the Job Evaluation.

Pay Benchmarking process for new positions or substantially changed roles including the provision of
advice and guidance on the Reward and Recognition Strategy for that business area

To support the business area with the management development of their people, providing advice,

Guidance and ad-hoc training on Personal Development Plans and marketing.

IV.

Work with the business area to establish and introduce systems that identify employees with high

potential,

Develop career paths in consideration of key roles for succession planning and self-development.

To provide training/coaching as required by the Department.

To identify short, medium and long term resourcing issues.

Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.


Demonstrated proficiency in policy development, documentation, and implementation.
Oversees employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
Responsible for community outreach and communication, and charitable giving.

Support business area with disciplinary/grievances and other employee issues where specific business

Analysis of the effectiveness of all human resources efforts

Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Interpret and explain Department of Education personnel policies and procedures.

Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Direct the analysis of complex problems with marketers and develop solutions.
8. Job Specification/ Skills Required:

Qualification: BBA/MBA-HR (But preferably having bi-majors in HR and marketing).


Experience: two to three internship experience of HR (but fresh and finalist candidate will entertained).
Age: should be between 22 to 28 years.
Skills
i.

Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

ii.

Proactive in handling issues and challenges

iii.

Willingness to travel

iv.

Proficient in MS office.

v.

Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships within HR and the rest of the business.

9. KSAs (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities) Requirement:
A good understanding of Department (Mkt.) and company needs, and general knowledge and be able to
multi-task.

Strong in interpersonal skills. A team player with commitment and initiative, service oriented,
able to work under pressure, matured, motivated, meticulous and analytical and able to multi-task.

Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office including email, MS Excel, MS Word and fax.

High level of tolerance and comprehension skills in order to respond to legal and disciplinary
actions. Able to probe for required information.
10. Regular Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on complaints/queries received, servicing activities

Ensure all cases are resolved and taken to closure

Review all requests raised and escalate cases in case of non closure

Maintain and adhere to compliance issues

Capture Problem Indicators and highlight

List initiatives for self and work towards completion of the same as per specified timelines
