The future is all about technology and multi-screening.
Education can lag behind. It engages and challenges with brand
new and interactive methods. Using electronic tablet device for
learning on 2-BSECE-A section improves skill in digital learning,
collaboration, communication, building teams, mobile learning,
valuing diversity, global awareness, and self-direction. Students
can work and collaborate with people in other locations; distance
learners can join online community and instead of carrying lots of
books, students can carry a laptop, a tablet or mouse which
contains all their books projects.

PROJECT PROPOSAL PROPER

A. Rationale:
Skills for learning is a location of resources to support the
learning and teaching of academic skills. Developing your
academic skills is an essential part of successful study at a
university and your future employability. Academic skills include
the use IT, numeracy, academic literacy, problem solving, critical
thinking, working with others and research skills.
The use of technology to maximize the student of 2-BSECE
sections learning experience is a vibrant area of interest across
all tiers of global education. Technology enhanced learning (TEL)
is often used as a synonym for a e-learning but can also be used
to refer to technology enhanced classrooms and learning with
technology, rather than just through technology.
There is often an assumption that the younger generation
has a natural ability to use the Internet and technologies
effectively. A report by the Centre for Information Behavior and
the Evaluation of Research team basic search tools and do not
possess the critical and analytical skills to assess the information
that they find on the Web. Higher education therefore continues
to have-order skills of evaluation, critical analysis and reflection,
synthesis, problem-solving, creativity and thinking across
discipline boundaries.
Technology ushers in fundamental structural changes that
can be integral to achieving significant improvements in
productivity. Used to support both teaching and learning,
technology infuses classrooms with digital learning tools, such as

computers and hand held devices; expands course offering,

experiences, and learning material; support learning 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week; builds 21st century skill; increase student
engagement and motivation; and accelerates learning.
Technology also has the power to transform to teaching by
ushering in a new model of connected teaching. These model
links teachers to their student and professional content,
resources, and system to help and improve their own instruction
and personalize learning.
B. Project Description
Use of Technology in Learning
Online learning opportunities with use of open educational
resources and other technologies can increase educational productivity
by accelerating the rate of learning; reducing costs associated
materials or program delivery; and better utilizing teachers time.
Virtual or online learning: 48 states and the district of
Columbia currently Support online learning opportunities
include dual enrollment, credit recovery, and summer school
programs, and can make courses such as Advanced
Placement and honors, or remediation classes are available to
students. Both core subjects and electives can be taken
online, many supported by online learning materials. While
some online schools or programs are homegrown, many
others contract private providers or other states to provide
online learning opportunities.
Use digital resources well: Schools can use digital resources a
variety of ways to support teaching and learning. Electronic
grade books, digital portfolios, learning games, real-time
feedback on teacher and student performance, are a few
ways that technology can be utilized to power learning.
Open educational resources: Open educational resources are
teaching, learning, and research that reside in the public
domain and are freely available to anyone ever the Web. They
are an important element of an infrastructure for learning and
range from podcast and digital libraries to textbooks and
games. It is critical to ensure that open educational resources
meet standards of quality, integrity, and accuracy-as with any
other educational resource-and that they are accessible to
students with disabilities.
How much does it cost?

The price of electrical tablets depends upon its brand name and
its specification, and with a total 30 students; therefore, the initial cost
of this project is 30 times the price of the electronic tablet device.

C. Objective
A. To purchase electronic tablet device for educational purposes.

D. Significance
Learning through interactive gadgets in schools is as fun loving as
watching a favorite movie or a music video. Due to new and advanced
technology standard of teaching and learning has change a lot. Nowadays
teaching and learning in schools with electronic gadgets is bit challenging for
teachers and students. Making use of electronic gadgets in the classrooms
such as iPods, Smart Board, digital electronic devices, Tablet PC, etc. satisfies
the growing standard of technology and prepares the life of the students.

I. Conclusion
Technology is a versatile and valuable tool for teaching and
learning. The most important thing is that teachers need to be
prepared to use these technologies effectively. Schools can use
technology effectively and for the welfare of the students, teachers
and society must be done. Some advantages of having electronic
device for school is having immediate feedback and all class
participation, it allows smoother communication and transmission of
materials between teachers and students. The students and teachers
may easily share file with each other for submission for submission
purposes, they can also access free classic book online and they can
also have numerous resources for anything they can imagine.
As of yet, there is no ideal workflow solution that easily receive,
allows for students to create and submit work. Electronic device use in
the classroom is often heavily dependent on the quality of Wi-Fi at your
school. Between iPads, phones, computers, and laptops, there are

often many more devices fighting for Wi-Fi space than people in the
building. A slow or disconnected Wi-Fi server can ruin an entire lesson.
Electronics are great are great for learning, but they are also great for
distracting students. When theyre supposed to be working it is very
easy for them to quickly access a game, message, or app that they
shouldnt be using.
There are many advantages in providing electronic tablet devices
to everyone in school. But using technology in the classroom doesnt
automatically make rainbows appear. Any distract considering
implementing an iPad 1-to-1 program, or any teacher who will be part
of such a program, needs to consider both the pluses and the minuses
that come along with the change.
