My goal

My name is Marya Faisal. I am 18 years old. Now I am a student in SWC.My

goal is to get IELTS band seven by graduation. So I need to develop my
English language. Moreover, I need my friends support as well as my teachers
and mentors because I want to achieve this in my 3rd year. The reason that I
chose this goal is that I want to challenge my parents expectations and I
want them to be proud of me.

My college(Sharjah Womens College):

Located in Sharjah's University City and it is
Governmental college. The Higher Colleges of Technology
special privileges where it integrated the theory with its
application. Now I will display some interesting place in
my college.

The reception:
a circular base, inside it a front
desk and some red chairs on the
side, which deals with a visitor,
urgent calls or fax, set up
appointments and solve some
problem.

The B block:

Includes all services such as Academic

services, Student services and consultants.

Student Services are responsible for all matters

relating to Green Card, Car Stickers, Events, Clubs,
Student Council, Financial Aid, Volunteering,
Promotions, Incidents, Busses and Lost or found.

On the other hand, the Academic Services are about

everything related to study as schedule and materials,
IELTS and specialties. Moreover, it involved anything
associated to Student ID and other.

The Meeting halls:

contains a lot of halls, including large and small.
MPH is big enough to make the event,
meetings, lectures and workshops for a
large number of students. Which is
characterised by large- Screen display.

This beautiful and colourful room is

used like the MPH, however, it takes
few student as one section or some
teacher.

Classes:
There's a variety of unique classroom found in each block of the college, and
each is different, whether it is the interior design, the size, the color or the
purpose.
The idea of this place in F block is that future
teachers (students) will try to teach the children
and their teacher will assess them from the back
mirror to prevent uneasiness them. Moreover, this
class is not just for a child it Also for us (students).
It gives us the good feeling of childishness. Also, it
creates an atmosphere enthusiasm since We
change the daily routine.

The assessment centre contains,

smart board and a lot of computers.
It's room with all the resources
needed to finish an assessment.

The Library:
Is a two-story building.
The first floor, it contains table equipped with
computers, printers, and over 30,000 books.
Moreover, there are rooms to study and comfortable
seats between each library, which it has the best
environment to study.

We use the upper floor, the OLZ, for selfEducation or Examinations. It contains
a lot of tables with various colours to
each section, So it is helping with
organisation.

The enjoyment place:

Although college is meant for studying, it can be fun too.
An activity centre is a lovely place
because It contains various game,
both physical and digital.
Moreover, there are Arab seats it is
very comfortable. What
distinguishes this place that it is
free for each student.

The supermarket:
SWC Campus Shop is one of the best
places to buy because its affordable. Also,
it has everything students might need and
want, such as stationary, snacks, pillows,
phone credit, laptop bags and much more.

Comfort place:
My college have a lot of place to rest.

Often, In this place student buy some

snacks or coffee from the machine during
breaks so that They can reenergize for the
other classes. Moreover, there are some
chairs and tables for a colleague to sit
together and discuss because it is very
close to the classroom.

Also, this place is a beautiful place for

Student to get some rest. It has a
fantastic view, and most students
prefer to sit there in winter.

My TP School (Al Bahja Kindergarten):

Al bahja is located in Ajman, in Al Jurf and It is very close to my
house. It is governmental kindergarten for boys and girls, Known to
have the best of teachers there.

The reception
In the reception, there is an area for children to wait.
Also, there are some chairs for parent and as it clear
from the picture that the reception is colorful to
attract the children. Moreover, at the children area,
there is some toys in the wall for kids, it helps to
improve the fine motor skills for the children.

It is include the area of morning assembly and The playground

the state and called the governor of the UAE.

It is an awesome place, it contain a lot of game.
every day children have 30 minutes to play at it
and the teacher oversaw to them to prevent any
accident. Kids love this place. Moreover, this place is
an impotent place for the kid, because it develop
the physical , social and emotion domain.

Technical Workshop
This beautiful and wonderful
place that showing in the picture.
teacher do a workshop for the
children. This room is uses for
activities. Inside the technical
workshop there is a lot of tools to
create things and design it.

The stage place

It is the biggest room in the kg. Teachers

gathers the children before the morning
assembly stared and if the weather was
very hot they take them to display useful
movie in a big Data Show inside. There
are a lot of colorful and comfort chair. I
like how the chairs are the some size of
the kids.

Classroom
The classroom contain a lot of corner with special name
and each area different works that children have do
Moreover, the classroom contain dinning room and children are
not allowed to eat in any place accept Dinning room.

Learning Resource

The learning resource room divided into department, the reading

area which is contain library book and 3 table with 15 chairs,
however, there is a lot of game in the fun area. Also, there is space for
the teacher to teach in the corner. The teacher uses this area to
improve the child skills.

Technology at Al Taalum Center

Electronic stapler
It has a particular position in the
library. It is cube-shaped, and it is very
easy to use. You have just to enter the
paper into it, and it will pin to you. It
does not take too much time and a less
dangerous than
ordinary stapler.

Electronic banner
Also, has a particular position in the
library and all student can use.
It is very understandable to use. You
have to press in the aperture, and it
will work .
You dont need to put a lot of effort to
it. Moreover, It keeps the place cleaner
than ordinary banner.

It manufactures beautiful badges
for celebrations and occasions. It is
not big nor small.
You can create the design that you like
and use it to made the badges that
You want with the same size.
It takes few minutes with little effort.

3D printer
Is wondrous printer, It print models in
Three-dimensional. you can build
anything you want. it is useful and
Wonderful. It is not too hard to use.
There are a different sizes of it.
However it is not as normal printer so
it take relatively longer time to print.

It is a useful tool to cut the

Papers, brochures and cards
accurately.
It is easy to move and use and
cuts the documents accurately
in a short time. It is very easy to
use, all you have to do is to slide
it back and forth once, and the
paper is neatly cut.

Smartboard
Smartboard Is the best board
used until now. It has a lot of
features. You can watch a video,
show a picture and use several
programs to creates a thrilling,
challenging atmosphere In the
classroom. It utilized as a big
computer.

Is an excellent software to save and organise
any attachment as paper, PowerPoint and
photo, because we can open it on any laptop or
computer.
Moreover, we can share this attachment with
anyone, and it helps as for the future to share
your work with other.

2- Gmail
Is a messages software to communicate with
other, we also can use it to share and discuss
something. It is one of the email services. We
can use it for personal, scientific and
practical life.

Is a free website to create a beautiful
mind map with few and simple tips.
You can add some picture and
change the color of the text or
branches. So it is more comfortable
to read. Also, it helps to
summarization and planning of
things.

Is a large website to build up your
own blog or portfolio. It is very
useful for the student now and for
the future as doing a Business. You
can make it with the style you
want. It's free to add or delete and
choose anything youd like.

are straightforward and clear
instructions to follow, and it allows you

way. Moreover, you can view and save
your eBook wherever and however youd

Is the best website to spelling checks and
vocabulary. On the side you will see the
correction with reason if you have mistakes,
it teaches you.
So it is very necessary and helpful for the student
however, it is not free, unfortunately.

In short, it encourages participation.
You can create a professional-looking blog
and add text, photo and video with easy steps.

Is a fantastic online website to make creativity
presentation. You choose the method and the
shape for your show. You can change the sheets
color and add enhance, effects and frames to the
Photo to de picturesquely. It is better than
PowerPoint because we can alteration the path
of sheet and make it more enjoyable.

Is a strong tool to make a video as recording
Presentations and add your voice or music.
There is no specific time to end recording.
Moreover, it is very easy to download it and
use it. Also, you can share your video with
anyone, and it is for free.

Its a video sharing and viewing website
which allows you to view videos from
anywhere in the world as well as upload
your own video, after creating an
account. However, once you create a
Gmail account, a youtube account will
automatically be created with it.
