DRAWINGS

Drawings
In compliance of the obligations set forth in Clause 10.2 of this Agreement, the Contractor
shall furnish to the Authoritys Engineer, free of cost, all Drawings listed in Annex-I of this
Schedule-I.

Additional Drawings
If the Authoritys Engineer determines that for discharging its duties and functions under this
Agreement, it requires any drawings other than those listed in Annex-I, it may by notice
require the Contractor to prepare and furnish such drawings forthwith. Upon receiving a
requisition to this effect, the Contractor shall promptly prepare and furnish such drawings to
the Authoritys Engineer, as if such drawings formed part of Annex-I of this Schedule-I.

List of Drawings
1. The project highway drawings, as defined in clause 1.1, Definitions, Article I, Definitions and
interpretations, Part-I: Preliminary, of the Concession Agreement shall consist:
2. A minimum list of the drawings of various component / Elements of Project Highway and
project facilities required to be submitted by the concessionaire is given below:
a) Drawings of horizontal alignment, vertical profile and detailed working cross sections
b) Drawings of cross drainage works
c) Drawings of interchanges, major intersections, grade separators, underpasses and ROBs
d) Drawings of toll plaza layout, toll collection systems and roadway near toll plaza
e) Drawings of Control Centre
f) Drawings of bus-bay and bus shelters with furniture and drainage system
g) Drawings of road furniture items including traffic signage, markings, safety barriers, etc.
h) Drawings of traffic diversion plans and traffic control measures
i) Drawings of road drainage measures and longitudinal drain drawings.
j) Drawings of typical details slope protection measures.
k) Drawings of landscaping and horticulture
l) Drawings of pedestrian crossings
m) Drawings of street lighting
n) General arrangement showing area of Base camp and Administrative Block
o) Drawings of catch water drains, check drains
p) Drawing for setting out details including GPS control points.
