Make the bottom part of OPAC appealing - to include chatbox same as the AIM's
ID number log in name/password of students - for the meantime enable change
of password,
student needs to go to the library to reset password
Your purchase suggestion- addl item type in the required fields ex. Book, cd etc.
Students cannot reserve the book - option will depend with the librarian to put
the book on hold/reserved
To discuss which things are to be enabled/to be disabled (among librarians)
Set in OPAC those which are to be viewed with marc tags
To delete the word "OPAC" under resources
On-line viewing of learning commons availability doubled (to delete from
facilities)
Cataloging- barcode/ callnumber/ title/ shelving location/ item type/ source of
acquisition (these are all required)
Authority list c/o Eugene
Patrons- add other categories
Circulation- manual credit of fines
Reports- already emailed c/o eugene
Identify non books 336, 337,338 for RDA
Reports- list of renewal c/o eugene
Library policy to be revised
Acquisition to be set
Patrons to be reclassified Staff to Officer
