Main structure and working methods

Lubrication
The friction parts of the machine should be lubricated in order to main proper operation and working life
of the machine. The gear box should be filled with lubricating oil to lubricate all parts by splashing
lubrication way. It is recommended to use the HJ-40 machinery oil. The oil should be maintained at high
level. Three months after normal operation of the machine the oil should be changed.

2. The electric principle
When the electrical box at the front of the forward button (SB5) time, (KM2 pull) the machine started
working forward, release the button, the machine stopped working.
When the electrical box at the front of the forward button (SB4) time, (KM1 pull) the machine began to
reverse the work, release the button, the machine stopped working.
Step forward when using the foot pedal (SF2) time, (KM2 pull) the machine began to reverse the work,
release the pedal, the machine stopped working.
Step forward when using the foot pedal (SF1) time, (KM1 pull) the machine began to reverse the work,
release the pedal, the machine stopped working.
When an emergency occurs, press the emergency stop button, foot switch at the top (SB0) and the
electrical box front (SB1) each equipped with one.
When you encounter the safety devices, safety switch (SQ1) action, the machine stops working, then any
work on the machine button does not work, please identify the reason of the thing to deal with the
question and the rear reset, click the electric boxbutton, the machine before entering the normal state.
