The Reflection About MST

My teacher school name is Fatima N. she is a helpful and friendly teacher. She has a good
method to teach students. The teacher makes the classroom active and fun. She teaches students
in KG 2- A. MST teaches students three different subjects, English, Math and Science. Now I
will take about MST in a general way.
The remind students the rule of the classroom. She teaches students different helper songs, that
have to mean. For example, ABC song, spider song and others. Before each lesson she
welcomed students, remind them her name and schools name. this way it good because when
other people from outside ask students in which school you are, the know the name of the school.
In each week the students had a story, I like that but the teacher read a story for the students one
time on the first day of the week. Some students will not understand from one time, I think that
the teacher should remind students every day to be in their mind save. Actually students like
story and fun when they listen to the story. The story of the first week was a boy, girl and the
pappy. The story of the second week was everybody work.

In week 1
The theme of the week was I have a pet.
There are various subjects that the teacher teaches students:
English Subject: the MST teach students letters L, M and K. she teaches them the sound of the
letters and how they should write the letters. The teacher does not open videos about the letter for
students and students enjoy and like when the listen and watch the videos. The MST should
make the English lesson more active to let students like the subject
Math Subject: the teacher teaches students number 5 (Counting, identify and patterns). Also she
let them count from one to five and yellow color. It was fine. The MST should let students
improve and enjoy, she just let them write in their school book, not on the board and she should
make students center not just teacher center.
Science Subject: the MST teaches students about living things and nonliving things. She let
them draw in the paper, I like this way because she connects art with science. Also she teaches
students about pets, students enjoy when the explain what pets they have in their home and when
the teacher told them I would allow you to bring one pet on Thursday. It was useful because the
teacher connects think with real life.
The activity of this week was: students create eggs with their place, they use paints, plates,
papers and things using for the designs. Students like when they create and paint the plats. It was
nice activity because the teacher let students center and students do hand on activity that way I
like it. To improve this activity, the teacher should make same activities, but in the different
levels of students.

In week 2
The theme of the week was sharing is caring
There are different subjects that the teacher teaches students:
English Subject: the MST teach students letters O, P,Q and R. she teaches them the sound of the
letters and how they should write the letters. The teacher does not open videos about the letter for
students and students enjoy and like when they listen and watch the videos. Also if the teacher
lets them come up and write on the board. To improve that the MST should make the English
lesson more active to let students like the subject. She just let them write in the school book.
Students will develop if they have a hand on works.
Math Subject: the teacher teaches students number 6 (Counting, identify and patterns). Also she
let them count from one to six and she teaches students blue color. It was normal teaching
because there were know something special. The MST should let students improve and enjoy,
she just let them write in their school book, not on the board and she should make students center
not just teacher center. The teacher also should do different activities for students not just write
and write because children develop from hand one activity.
Science Subject: the MST teaches students about the five senses. Actually the teacher does not
explain or show for them about the five senses, she just told them you should draw eyes, noise,
ear, mouth and touch (hand). Also she let them draw on animal and flower. Actually in this topic
the teacher should explain to them and show them real materials and let students enjoy in the
science lesson. I think they of the teacher students will not keep the information easily in their
mind and low level of students will not know what happen and how they should do. I do not like
that. In future I will do more than one activities to let students learn carefully and enjoy the
lesson.
The activity of this week was: students made penguin and wrote I like a penguin. They use
color papers to make the penguin. It was a nice idea. I like that and students had fun. The MST
does penguin because of the letter P. Also she made a pizza party for students. Students taste
different pizza.

In week 3
The theme of the week was sharing is caring
There are several subjects that the teacher teaches students:
English Subject: MST teaches students different letters, the letters of this week were S, T, U,
and V. actually students know the letters before the teacher explains to them, MST showed them
who to write the letters, then students wrote in their books. It was fine, but improve that, the
teacher should put some video for students and make students center by let the students try and
write the letters on the board.
Math Subject: the teacher teaches students number 7 (Counting, identify and patterns). Also she
let them count from one to six and she teaches students. It was good teaching because she
teaches them number seven in the different many ways, she connects English with Math because
in the class there were English letters, the teacher said I need to know number seven which letter.
It was a nice method and students and I like that. To improve that make students center and she
let one child teach the class or each child say the letter and which number it will be. The teacher
also should do different activities for students not just write and write because children develop
from hand one activity.
Science Subject: the teacher showed the pictures with sentences like a story about hands.
Students like the story because of the pictures, it was good and the teacher makes students center
and also students involved with the teacher. The was fine because she let students explore the
pictures and answer what they saw in the pictures. I like that because she let students explore.
The activity of this week was: students made a card for the flag day, students draw the flag with
boy or girl depend on the child if he was boy or she was girl, color it and wrote I like UAE. It
was nice idea and students like that.

In week 4
The theme of the week was using our senses (My five senses).
There are various subjects that the teacher teaches students:
English Subject: The teacher teaches students a different letter. The letters are W, X, Y and Z,
the teacher teaches them the capital and small of the letters. The good thing was the teacher teach
them in a way that let students understand and keep the information in their mind. She said for
capital letter Mama and for small letter baby. Her students can learn easily. The thing that
teacher should improve in it is let the children practice in activities or things that help them more
not just write the letters in school books.
Math Subject: MST teaches students number 8. The activities were just from the school book,
there were no activities or videos that help students to understand better. To improve that the
teacher should make a fun lesson with number 8 to help students and to have a good learning
environment.
Science Subject: the MST teaches students about size, color and the skin of the animals.
Actually the teacher showed them what to do then she let the students write in the book, this way
fine, but to improve that the teacher makes the lesson fun and let students enjoy. For example,
put the video for the students and make different activities for students. I like to make students
center and let them feel happy during the lesson.
The activity of this week was: Watermelon party.
