Subject: Admission Procedures for the Academic Year 2016-17

Admission Procedure for the Academic Session 2016-17 will commence from Wednesday, February 03,
2016.
Admission to LKG (I & II Shift) will be done by drawing lots. Waiting List (WL) will be drawn for classes
UKG to VIII. 50% of the available seats will be reserved for candidates having siblings in the school and
50% for the candidates who do not have any siblings in the school.
Children, whose Reference Numbers are picked for admission to LKG will have to come for an
interaction with the teacher in charge on a given date.

Drawing of lots for the available number of seats for LKG and the WL for LKG will be on Saturday,
February 20, 2016 from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm at the Boys section, AI-Rehab Dist. The draws for LKG
Morning Shift will be followed by the draws for LKGAfternoon Shift. Then the WL for Morning Shift
followed by Afternoon Shift will be drawn. Parents of children whose reference numbers are picked
in the draw (Confirmed

List) for admission to LKG will have to collect the Prospectus at the same

time.

Parents/Guardians

of all candidates who submit the request will have to be present for the draws.

Since the seating capacity is limited,

only one person - Father or Mother

Boys' Section in AI-Rehab Dist. and for classes IV-VIII will be on Monday, February 22,2016

at 04.30
