Reflection 5

When I reflected on my teaching practice in this week, it made me

think about time management in the classroom especially, during
.the lesson and when the teacher did the activities
First of all, the time management is about organizing and planning
how can you divide your time between the lesson (opening, Middle,
Closing) and activities. I think time management is the reason to
success the lesson because good time management make the
teacher finishes her plan and sometimes she finishes early and she
can do something else for students. For examples, give the students
fun activities in class, she can fix the classroom (displays), prepare
her materials for next class and she can work on student's grade or
.complete writing the reports for each pupil
Moreover, I always ask myself why the time management is very
important for teachers. I think because it helps teacher on arranging
her work. The teacher needs to figure out what you should do first.
.Also, it helps teacher to get more things done in less time
Also, the teacher must plan for the lesson carefully even when the
time is tight. She has to prepare her materials before the lesson
starting. The teacher has to make different activities for the
students. For example, the low group she gives them activity
.method with their abilities like, cut and paste
