Small parks with playgrounds within neighborhoods. Frequent pot-holes and missing
sidewalks in more run-down neighborhoods. John Kennedy Park with a lake.

High school graduate or higher - 72.1% (CT 44.07), 87.5% (Pima County); Bachelors

incidents within the past month (disorderly conduct, assault, and burglary)
Many bus routes (9 total) and designated bike paths (12 total) are present in the CT. Sidewalks
present throughout most neighborhoods. Roads in many neighborhoods run-down with many
pot-holes.
