The most effective teachers
are flexible and can change
direction at a moments
notice. Even the best made
plans will at times have to
be adjusted. Being the best
teacher you can be means
being able to acclimate to
changes to ensure the best
education for your students.

Great teachers are always
prepared. They have well
planned lessons and are
prepared for anything that
may be thrown their way.
They find ways to
differentiate their instruction
to reach every student.

from the first day
