Grade 1-6 Reports will be issued to learners on Wednesday 7 December from 07:00
- 09:00 in the school hall. Reports will not be posted if not collected on this day due
to the challenges the postal service experience over this busy time. Grade 7 learners
will receive their reports at Valedictory, but reports will not be issued to a learner
who has textbooks outstanding.
Please note that learners may not remain at school on this day, it is for report collections only. No teaching will take place on this day and staff will not be available
from 09:00 due to various staff meetings.

AFTERCARE: 7 DECEMBER

Please note there will be NO aftercare on Wednesday 7 December.

Please note that all textbooks have to be returned by Wednesday 30 November. Damaged books do not go back into circulation and are replaced with new textbooks.
R150 is payable for damaged or lost textbooks. Alternatively parents can buy books
from shops like PNA to replace damaged or missing books.
All lost textbooks need to be paid for via the finance office and receipts handed
over to Mrs Bezuidenhout on or before Wednesday 7 December.

I hereby authorise Bryanston Primary School, to draw against my account (the banking details are mentioned below or any other bank or branch to,
which I may transfer my account) the amount necessary for payment of the monthly commitment with respect to repayment of Bryanston Primary
School fees.
All such withdrawals from my bank account shall be treated as though they have been signed by me personally. Should my account fall in
arrears and if any periodical instalment is returned by my bank on the basis of insufficient funds, then, I hereby authorise Bryanston
Primary School to increase my monthly instalment to cover the arrears. The other alternative would be for this amount to be deducted in
partial instalments at any time. I agree to pay any bank charges relating to this debit order being returned by my bank, and understand that
should the debit order be returned twice, that the order will be cancelled and alternative payments must be done. I also understand that
should the debit order be returned by my bank, that I will forfeit the 5% discount allowed and must make payments due and owing to
Bryanston Primary School.
I agree that Bryanston Primary School shall be entitled to change the date of deductions to coincide with my payment date. I understand that the
withdrawals hereby, authorised, will be processed by computer through any electronic means and I also understand that details of each withdrawal
will reflect on my bank statement.
This authority may be cancelled by me, by giving Bryanston Primary School thirty days notice in writing, sent via registered post. I shall, however,
not be entitled to any refund of amounts legally owing to Bryanston Primary School while this authority was in force.
