R: Trebuie sa reusesti sa prezinti experienta ta profesionala in detalii. De asemenea,

A: Not only should you give details about your precise role in the matter, but you should also
connect the previous role with the position you are interviewing for. Dont get into useless details
because waisting the recruiters time is a common and serious mistake.
R: Nu te rezuma doar la a oferi detalii legate de activitatile tale propriu-zise, ci incearca sa faci
si legatura cu job-ul pentru care aplici acum. Nu te pierde in detalii inutile pentru ca una dintre
greselile cele mai mari din cadrul unui interviu este sa irosesti timpul recruiterului.

I: Cum gestionezi o situatie stresanta?
A: Dont get into details without providing an example. This is what the recruiter expects from
you. Think of a situation where you had to deal with a problem and explain how you made it,
what where your efforts and which were the results. Be honest and specific.

R: Nu te lansa in oferirea detaliilor daca stii ca nu le poti sustine si prin exemple concrete. Asta
este ceea ce asteapta angajatorul de la tine. Gandeste-te la o situatie in care a fost nevoie sa
rezolvi o problema si explica cum ai facut asta, ce eforturi a presupus si care au fost rezultatele.
Fii sincer si concis.

I: De ce ti-ai dat demisia de la ultimul job?
A: Be honest! It is also very important to concentrate on the things you have learned from that
experience, not the reasons you left. Especially if it involves misunderstandings with your
previous employer.
R: Fii sincer! La fel de important este si sa te concentrezi pe lucrurile pe care le-ai invatat din
aceasta experienta, nu doar pe motivele care te-au determinat sa pleci. In special daca acele
motive implica si neintelegeri cu fostul angajator.

I: De ce ai ales compania noastra?
A: Now its the time for you to show your potential employer that youve been preparing for this
interview! Instead of praising the company and the employer, try matching your interests and
competences with the companys profile and future plans. Show the interviewer that you are

R: Acum este momentul sa ii arati potentialului tau angajator ca te-ai pregatit serios pentru
acest interviu! In loc sa lauzi compania si pe angajator, incearca sa faci legatura intre interesele

there a medical issue - and how did you spend your free time: freelancing, involving in a
personal project, cultivating a hobby? Be honest but dont get into details that dont concern
your professional life. Focus on the ways you contributed to your professional growth!
R: Intervievatorul vrea sa stie de ce ai fost neangajat - ai demisionat, ai fost concediat, s-a
intamplat din motive medicale - si cum ti-ai petrecut acest timp liber: ai lucrat pe cont propriu, teai dedicat unui proiect personal, un nou hobby? Fii sincer dar nu intra in detalii care nu au
legatura cu viata ta profesionala. Concentreaza-te pe felurile in care aceasta pauza a contribuit
la dezvoltarea ta din punct de vedere profesional.

I: De ce ai ales sa iti schimbi profesia?
A: This is one of the toughest questions. But you have to keep in mind that choosing another
profession is not a bad thing. Especially if its not something completely different. But even if it
is, explain to your recruiter how changing things in your professional life helped you become
more motivated and happier with your career path. You can also talk about the transferrable
skills you posses - this will earn you extra points!
R: Aceasta este una dintre cele mai dificile intrebari. Dar trebuie sa retii faptul ca alegerea unei
alte profesii nu este neaparat un lucru rau. In special daca nu este vorba despre ceva cu totul
diferit. Dar chiar si in cazul in care este, explica-i intervievatorului cum aceasta schimbare
profesionala te-a determinat sa fii mai motivat si mai fericit cu directia carierei tale. De
asemenea, poti deschide subiectul competentelor transferabile - iti va aduce puncte in plus!

I: Ce asteptari financiare ai?
A: Do you know how to evaluate your own skills and to negociate? The recruiter will establish
this aspects after your answer to this question. Find out how is this job paid in the industry and
in this particular company. Dont compare your potential wage with a the salary of a friend who
works in a totally unrelated field. You should also consider your skills and previous experience.

lucru in functie de raspunsul tau la intrebare. Afla cum este platit acest job pe piata fortei de
munca si mai ales in aceasta companie. Nu compara un posibilul tau salariu cu cel al unui
prieten care lucreaza intr-un domeniu care nu are nicio legatura cu ceea ce iti doresti tu sa faci.
De asemenea, ia in considerare si aptitudinile tale, precum si experienta anterioara. Dupa toate
aceste calcule, alege un numar care se potriveste situatiei tale si mentioneaza-i intervievatorului
ca esti dispus sa negociezi. Nu uita nici de celelalte beneficii care vin la pachet cu contractul de

A: This is a way for the recruiter to find out if youll accommodate with the team and the
activities. It is also a way to make you feel more comfortable by making you speak about things
you enjoy doing. Dont get lost into useless details. Be concise and if you have a hobby that can
somehow relate to your field of interest, talk more about that particular hobby. Also try to point
the abilities that you managed to develop by practicing that hobby. Keep it as professional as
possible!
R: Aceasta este o modalitate prin care recruiterul poate afla daca te vei integra cu succes in
echipa. Este, de asemenea, un mod prin care incearca sa te faca sa te simti mai in largul tau,
