Option 1 AMF Lanes on South Blvd

o For two hours of bowling, 6 people per lane at $68.20 per lane
o For 170, we would need 28 lanes = $1932.30
Representative I talked to said shed be willing to talk about
suggestions if we need to stay within a certain budget
o Open bar for two hours (beer, wine and soda) $17 per person = $2890
o Pizza, breadsticks, wings and salad (cheapest buffet option) - $18 per
person = $3060
The 2nd and 3rd cheapest options are both $19 a person
Hotdogs, burgers, chicken breasts (pick two) = $3230
o Potato salad
o Cesar salad
o Rolls
BBQ pulled pork, chargrilled chicken breasts = $3230
o Baked beans
o Potato salad
o Cornbread
o Cesar salad
o Total for all of the above (pizza option) before tax/tips = $7882.30
o Total for all of the above (other two food options) before tax/tips =
$8052.30

Option 2 Dave & Busters at Concord Mills

o For two hours, all 12 lanes and entire bowling area = $1200
o Appetizer buffet of 7 different things at $24.99 per person = $4250
Unlimited soda tea and coffee
o Open bar, roughly $12 per person = $2040 (charged after the fact,
depending on how much each person drinks)
All of the above before tax/gratuity = $7490
Cheaper option = for two drink tickets for person and 8 app
buffet
8 app buffet = $17.01 per person = $2891.70
Two drink tickets per person = $8.99 per ticket = $3056.6
All of this before tax/gratuity = $7147.70
