I plan to hold an hour and a half event in which I will speak and will bring in two guest speakers.
I plan to have mini performances to begin the event and in between speakers (Poem,
Monologue, Song.) All performances will be centered on this same theme and I plan to write
some of them, if not all. After having all the performances aspects done, I will give myself a
week to find (possibly audition) people to perform. At the beginning of the semester I will
conduct a survey in order to decide what will be more important to focus on for my event. Im
not entirely sure what my interactive element will be, but in my head I envision something
somber with a prayer-type feel in order to conclude the event. My evaluation form will
probably be a Google Doc form.
