I hereby agree that your compensation shall be paid to you as follows:

your commission.
2. Should there be forfeiture on the earnest money or partial payments for failure of the
buyer to exercise his/her option rights to buy, you shall be entitled to a fifty (50%) percent
of the forfeited amount.
I also agree that I cannot negotiate directly with your buyer not until an option to buy is offered.
By accepting this agreement, you undertake to use your efforts during the continuance of this agency
towards affecting a sale property.
That notwithstanding the expiration of this authority, you shall, nevertheless, still be entitled
to your commission as long as you register to me your buyer within the period of your authority.
