religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition, and
the rights guaranteed by due process and
equal protection of the laws.

Activity

In this activity, students will strengthen their

knowledge about their rights as a citizen of the
United States, how the due process works in a
courtroom, and in which way the laws can or cannot
protect them.

Technology

This online lesson consists of two different

activities. The first part is the discussion board
question and the second part is the simulation.
