SUMMARY
I am a RYT200 Hatha-Flow Teacher with my roots stemming from an eastern-style approach in my training. My
instruction style fusion of Hatha traditional with core vinyasa influence, as well as a hint of tribal vinyasa. I enjoy
beginning my classes with AUM and weaving yoga philosophy into my classes where fitting. I hope each student
leaves my class feeling well-rounded and a sense of ownership to their personal practice. I incorporate my
training in Clinical Aromatherapy, Sound healing and knowledge of Ayurveda in order round out and enliven
practice.

Private clients- one on one. Sessions are custom designed. Some include Therapeutic Touch as well as
Aromatherapy.

Create custom videos per client. Some are guided meditation. Can include, pranayama, Nidra, and
Asana.

Instructed Hatha Flow all-levels (80deg warmed) and a beginner asana classes. Incorporated Nidra and
Aromatherapy as well as Sound.
