Ref: Your letter No. nil dated 24/08/2016 Subject : List of Law Colleges in Andhra Pradesh Dear Sir, This is with reference to your above noted letter requesting the Bar Council of India to furnish the approved list of law colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana for admission of students to three year and five year law courses on the basis of APLAWCET- 2016. Please find herewith a list of law colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana affiliated to various Universities, presently being given deemed approval or presently having approval of affiliation of the Bar Council of India and eligibility to admit students to the 1* year of the three year and five year law courses for the academic year 2016-2017, till further intimation/orders in this regard. It may be noted in respect to the above para, that some of the law colleges are required to deposit certain default amount/s to the Bar Council of India which has been specified in respective columns of the list attached herewith. Therefore you are requested to kindly direct them to deposit the same with the Bar Council of India before beginning the admission process. Further some of the colleges may be required to fulfil certain conditions, which may be specified vide letters to be sent to them, failing which their approvals may be liable to be withdrawn. oe Se a en Phin ® 4 -2- Further certain college matters are sub-judice. If the concerned college has any court interim stay order in it’s favour, which allows them to admit students, they may kindly forthwith immediately send us such an order by email and fax with a short note This letter is without prejudicing the rights of the Bar Council of India, to withdraw any approval at any point in time, subject to any default or non fulfilment of condition/conditions which has been, or which may be imposed upon the colleges or subject to any court directions in this regard.
