Peoples Vision of Pandacan

The following project proposals for the future

development of Pandacan Oil Depot is based
on an open letter. Written by people with close
associations with the area from students to
officials, this was sent to Inquirer to air out their
own wishes and well thought proposals for
Pandacan to the current Mayor Estrada and
other concerned officials. Choosing from the
selection the residents of Pandacan offered,
we will strive our best to revitalize the once
bleak industrial zone into an enjoyable
architectural
experience.
