I am in Master in Social Work with specialisation in Industrial Relations and Personnel
Management and UGC NET Qualified ( HUMAN RESOURCES )
I have a total 10 Yrs experience ( approx ) of industries practicing the various tools of the Human
Resource Management . I have handled the manpower of more in 3000 persons in plants.
I have a thorough knowledge of the various labour laws , various types of Audits, Risk managemnt
, Competency development .
I have developed so many people related process. I have a an experience of Campus Placement
and I can also be helpful in attarcting the industries in CIPET which will help in increasing the
placement level.
I can draw various training programmes and can also impart the training to the stiudents to
motivate them towards the studies, discipline etc . through these types of programmes we can
modify the behaviour of the students in more positive direction.
I have the experience of doing laisoning with the government deparment which is required for an
administrator job. I have the experience of Legal cases handling , domestic enquires.

I think my profile is an complete blent of human resuorces management and General


administration which is required for the said position. Capable of maintaining effective working
relationship in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment.
