Application Scenario 1.
Application scenario for this feature
With this feature enabled, different state transfer strategies can be used for different application services. For example, the IM (QQ) service should be kept in CELL_FACH or URA_PCH state as required, while the P2P download service should be transferred to idle state as soon as possible once the data transmission finishes. This feature should be usually enabled when the Deep Packet Inspection in RNC feature or DSCP Inspection in RNC feature is enabled to improve users' service experience and increase the radio resource usage rate by using the state transition strategy adaptively according to the application service type.
2.
Application conditions for this feature
The feature of Deep Packet Inspection in RNC or DSCP Inspection in RNC should also be enabled in the RAN if this feature is enabled.
