This application is submitted by Sri G. Sanyasi Rao, Copyist, Tribunal for Disciplinary
Proceedings, A.P., Hyderabad stating that he has completed 6 years of service as on 22-04-2010
in the post of Copyist and hence he may be appointed to Special Grade Post Scale (6 years) under
Automatic Advancement Scheme in the post of Copyist as Rule.
It is submitted that, the Government implemented the Automatic Advancement Scheme in
modified PRC order as per G.O.Ms.No.68, Finance (HRM.V- PC) Dept.,dt:12-06-2015 with the
periodicity of the Scheme being 6/12/18/24 years of service.
As per his Service Register, Sri G. Sanyasi Rao, was promoted to Copyist, on 23-04-2010
vide Proc. Dis.323, dt.23-04-2010 and permitted to join duty vide Proc.Dis.327, 23-04-2010 F.N.
(Service Register at Pg. Nos. 34 & 35 in Vol. - I). He has been declare as approved Probationer
in the post of Copyist, vide Proc.Dis.No.287, Date.30-03-2012(Service Register at page No.41 in
Vol/ - I) ..
It is submitted that, Sri G.Sanyasi Rao, Copyist, has completed 6 years of service on
22-04-2016 in the post of Copyist, and he is eligible for 6 years Advance Increment i.e., Special
Grade Post Scale w.e.f.23-04-2016, as per New Advancement Scheme proposed in Government
Orders mentioned in Para 2 above. Under the Revised Pay Scale, 2015, the individual was
drawing Pay of Rs.28,120/. w.e.f .01-09-2015 in the time Scale of pay of Rs.16400-49870
Now Sri G.Sanyasi Rao, Copyist, may be appointed to special Grade Post Pay Scale as he
has completed 6 years of service in the post of Copyist as on 22-04-2016 in the time scale of
Rs.17,890 - 53,950 and his pay may be fixed at Rs.28,940/- by giving one increment of Rs.820/w.e.f.23-04-2016. Annual Grade Increment Released Rs.820/- on 01-09-2016 his is pay raise at
Rs.29, 760/-. His next date of increment shall be on 01-09-2017.
