I will encourage the students to
continue to master the listening
skill and continue to work on it
with my students while working
on other areas of the language to
become just as strong.

The highest achievement data is in


Part 6, which is Listening data. The
average of all students scores was
95%.

I implemented enough listening practice


in instruction to allow the students to
learn.

The lowest achievement data


accumulated from Part 2 as well as
Part 7. Where the average student
scores were 78% and 79%.
This is writing based data.

I did not teach enough writing skills in the


Spanish language for my class.

I will provide more writing


activities, practice and instruction
in the next unit and as we review
this unit for the students to
perform better.

Student #23 received a 0


(Insufficient Data) on the speaking
portion of the assessment.

I didnt take into account that student 23


would miss the speaking portion of the
exam or not do it.

I will have a one on one


conversation with Student #23
and provide them an opportunity
to finish the assessment.

Students 19 and 20 received the


exact same score on the
assessment and neither completed
the rubric based assessment
portions in part 7 and part 8.

I provided an opportunity for these two


students to cheat off of one another
rather than provide them with the
educational confidence to successfully
complete the exam for their self.

I will meet with Student 19 and 20


to discuss the matter and provide
them an opportunity for a re-take
individually to provide them with a
chance to show what they know.

Data Analysis & Application


The class average of the
assessment was 83%

18 students received a score within


in the 90th percentile or higher.

Student #27 didnt do Part 1 or 2 of


the assessment.

Overall, the class performed average on


the assessment. My instruction
transferred to the majority of my class.

I will encourage my students to


keep working hard in the Spanish
Classroom and to encourage one
another because we are hitting
above average marks as a total
and the goal will be to get every
single classmate there before the
end of the semester.

These students are high-achieving


students and my instruction provided
them the opportunities to highly achieve.

I will place this list of students in


the high achieving subgroup and
monitor their performance not so
that they can be treated
differently, but so they can help
their classmates while they
continue to learn for their self.

I wasnt clear on if every student reached


the learning objectives or not. (However,
this student could have missed due to
multiple reasons or missed this section of
the unit)

I will have a meeting with Student


27 to discuss this matter and then
we will go over the material or I
will pair them up with a high
achieving student so that they can
get practice then I will offer the
student a retake of this portion of
the assessment.
