On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
take a wallet containing $500 that belonged to another customer while in Dollar General Store.

I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime

On Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at approximately 1854 hours, I was dispatched to the Dollar General Store in Sac City for a report of a theft. On the
scene, I was shown a video by the manager oNeiry Rahn taking the victim's wallet that was laying on the counter by first concealing it with another
object and then tucking it in back of his jeans when thrcashier-looked away. He was transported to the Sac County Law Enforcement Center where he
was charged with Theft (3rd) and jailed.
