it shows how body images in the media are able to affect men and boys, causing them to
believe that they are too fat or too thin because their body does not the match the ones in
advertisements.

paper because it mentions how the typical muscular male body in advertisements leads
men and boys to depression. By leading men and boys to depression, I will connect this
source to how the idealization of the male body in advertisements affects the state of
mind of numerous men and boys throughout the world.

will be useful to my research paper because it mentions that many men now suffer from
serve eating disorders because the media tends to favor bodies with exaggerated
muscularity and low fat. Since men now account for ten percent of all eating disorders, I
will be able to connect how the media is responsible for the change in our eating habits.
