NARRATIVE REPORT
I.

Introduction
A life that experiences a gamut of emotions has only to turn its sights on Music, Art, and
wellness for solace and hope that it will geared toward healthy living and happy disposition
once again!
As a healthy conscious educational institution Amityville Elementary School responded to
the invitation of Milo Philippines to participate in Dancercise, focusing on health-related
fitness components, Milo Dancercise for sure can help our pupils engage in different
Physical Activities efficiently and effectively.
Its a great opportunity that our pupils in Amityville Elementary School is a part of this
activity whereas they can actively participate about the said event.
The said activity will be having the competition and to be performed by selected pupils in
every school in District I and II Rodriguez, Rizal. The event will be tabulated based on the
criteria including the Portfolio / Narrative Report to be submitted in the District Office.

II.

Objectives
With the aid of Milo Dancercise we hope to achieve the following objectives:
1. Perform Physical Fitness Activity with the integration of dancing, music and fitness
exercises regularly.
2. Engage in a meaningful, alive and danceable exercises.
3. Appreciate the good effects of exercise in ones body and mind.
4. Improve muscle strength and endurance.

The practice still on going at Amityville Elementary School Covered Court.
