Coming from a ***** school is he/she ready for


the size and workload.

-Overall just a solid candidate. He/she has had


many different experiences to bring to the table.
He/she took an erroneous amount of data within
an hour and turned it into a presentation where
he/she facilitated analysis phenomoally. -***had
us focused and really being a part of the process.
His/her facilitation ended with an action plan and I
feel like I know where we were going! Without a
doubt - top candidate

communicator. I especially like that she/he used
***** protocol to lead our discussion. Her/his data
presentation was the most clear (narrow focus),
she/he elicited the most group discussion, and
she/he had us come up with "forces for" and "forces
against" which could lead to the development of
goals and action steps. It would be great if 10/10/10
meeting and other ...(rest on back of paper). - I liked
his/her focus on change and Instructional
Leadership. I am excited about the support she/he
could offer at the **** level in areas such as: 1 to 1
Chromebooks, standards-based grading, flexible
scheduling, math instruction and curriculum work,
**** work with PLCs, etc. - I liked what she/he said
about being present in the schools. -She/he is
invested in the Sun Prairie community and district by

Actually led us through the data and we made
progress. Has shown that he/she will dig in and do
the work. His/her presentation was seemless and
comfortable.

factor? (I don't think so but food for thought.)

experience, and personality to build a positive
rapport throught professional work with all personnel,
parents, and community. Her/his presentation of self
and to faculty was succint, focused, and engaging to

My only rec. for moving forward. Fully capable


competent hard working kind yet firm leadership
around the work that needs to be done. Will hit
the ground running and ready to get done many
layers of work waiting for him/her.
