Provide Mental Health Support and Therapy in an integrated format with the Pediatric Developmental
Specialty Needs Clinic at Saint Marys. The three primary areas of focus were Endocrine, Lung Care, and GI.
Duties included: provide outpatient therapy to the pediatric population, including group work and working
with parents addressing emotional, cognitive, and behavioral issues. Develop psychoeducational material to
assist with the mental health needs of the pediatric population who live with chronic illnesses. Work in
collaboration with nurses, doctors, dieticians, and administrators to create the best treatment plans for patients.

accountability through case-management, paper-work, and court reports/proceedings.

behavior management. Provide counseling and maintain control over youths behavior. Oversee safety and

of youth. Coordinate with administration, mental health, and different facets of the Juvenile Justice system to
provide the best service to youth and county at large. Perform other maintenance work and see to the up-keep

therapeutic relationship. Duties include: Building strong IAPs, Documentation, Case Management, and
Coordinating with Social Workers and Program Supervisors, Supervising youth in the community. Youth often
had major adjustment/emotional issues. These included (but not limited to): Depression, ADHD, ADD,
Lower-Functioning, Sexual Dysfunction, PTSD, ID, etc. Youth came primarily from group homes and other
therapeutic residential facilities.
