We hope to get the hearts of teenage girls all over NOLA, pumping and fill their
minds with heart healthy education.
Activities like zumba, yoga, and many more heart pumping activities keeps our
girls engaged all while making sure the stay heart healthy.
By coupling fun physical activities with education, Heart N Hands is exposing
girls to role models for health, mentoring, and careers.
We are working to end the cycle of poor lifestyle choices leading to early heart
disease, this is why our wellness academy is so important.
We are helping to save the lives of women, one girl at a time by helping them to
adopt a healthy lifestyle at an early age.
Heart disease is no longer just a mans disease, African Americans and Latino
women are at greater risk for heart disease.
To make a change and spread the message we should start with the youngest
generation, which is why we are starting the wellness academy.
