Chemical purchase policy:

1.Purchase requisitions for chemicals(hazard and nonhazard) are processed

through preparatory department to the higher managment(director operation) of
shasha denims ltd.
Requisitions are made based on monthly consumption and three month storage
availibility.

2.selection of chemicals: The concrete study during selection of chemicals executes

the following conditions:

A .Quality, Specifications and Safety of the Material(s)(as per tds,msds,certificate of

origin and certificate of analysis and mrsl of h & M)

B .Price Level of the Material(s)

c. Delivery Performance
d. QC Level and Technical Expertise.

3.quotation: Evaluation of Quoted Prices & Quoted Purchase Specifications as per

quality standard.

4.Sample and bulk Order :

In the case where the above conditions match our requirements, we place an order
for material sample(s)

All samples are tested at our own chemical testing laboratory. when the quality
evaluation of sample(s) is passed, we first place an order for bulk with small
quantity.
finally ,we place order for bulk after satisfactory application and result from small
quantity.

storage procedure:
after receiving a shipment,
following verification is done:
the proper chemical was sent as per commercial invoice and delivery challan
(name, quantity, lot no etc)
the container is intact or is properly sealed,
the label is legible.
containers label(date of production, date of expiry, hazard symbol),

then chemical is unload and store as per m sds to the specified go down(hazard
and nonhazard).
