The Committee had sought suggestions and comments in a prescribed proforma from all the Stake holders, Associations and Unions. After receiving
the representations/suggestions, the committee also had personal hearing from the respective staff wherever it is required. The cadre review has been made
after due deliberations and according to the Minutes of Co-ordination Committee report circulated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, (GOI), Vide
No. A-5021/1/2012-III-II(Vol.III), dated 03.08.2016 (Report of the Co-ordination Committee, Recruitment Rules, Non-Faculty Posts).
