Team Procedures

Day, time, and place for regular team meetings:

Tuesday after 6pm

class) in order to inform each other of team meetings, announcement, updates, reminders,

Method for setting and following meeting agendas (Will you create an agenda for

notified/reminded? Who will be responsible for the team following the agenda during a team
meeting? What will be done to keep the team on track during a meeting?):
An agenda wont be necessary due to the rubric already containing all of the deadlines
and objectives we need to complete.

Method of record keeping (Who will be responsible for recording and/or
disseminating minutes? How and when will the minutes be disseminated? Where will all
agendas and minutes be kept?):
Sarah will be taking note of the days we meet and the time and who attended.

presentations, collaborative writing, individual research, preparation of drafts, peer reviews,

Go over rough drafts before presenting at least once.

Finish our work on time.

Before starting on a task we divide it and ensure everyone knows their role.

Its expected unless theres a compelling reason.

deadlines:
Finishing all tasks on time.

Listening to everyones ideas and incorporating it into the project.

Theres a first warning- talk to that person and they will need to bring donuts.

2. Describe what your team will do if the infractions continue:


Second warning- they will need to bring donuts and coffee
Third strike- Bring our complaints to Dr. Chen
