ToexporttheSPAdatatoaBTPfile:

1.SelectQueryviewfromtheAdministrationmenutoopentheQueryManagementdialogbox.AllpreviouslydefinedqueriesdisplayintheQueryManagementtable.
2.ClickNewtoopentheDefineQuerydialogbox.
3.EnteraNameforthequery.Querynamescanbeupto32characters.
4.EnteraDescriptionofthequery.ItisimportanttoprovideadescriptionthatwillhelpidentifythequerywhenitdisplaysintheQueryManagementlist.
5.SelecttheoutputFormat(BTP).

Fordataexports,SPAautomaticallysetstheTypeasDiagnosticandtheFormatasAverage.

6.SelecttheTimeRangeforthequery.SelectingCustomfromtheavailablerangesopenstheCustomTimeRangedialogbox,fromwhichyoucansetthetimerange.
7.SelecttheSymmetrixID.
8.Optional:SelectScheduledtoopenthecalendarandenterthestartdateandtimeforongoingqueries.OngoingqueriesareonlyavailablefornoncustomTime

9.ClickOK.

5.SelectaFormat(XML,CSV,BTP).
6.SelectaType(DiagnosticorHistorical).
7.SelecttheTimeRange.IfyouselectCustom,aTimeSelectiondialogboxdisplaysforcustomsettings.
8.Optional:SelectRecurrenttoautomaticallyschedulethisreport.
Note:YoucannotselectRecurrentforcustomtimeselections.
9.Optional:EnterareportDescription.
10.ClickAddtoopentheCreateQueryWizard.
Reportsmusthaveatleastonequery.
11.EnteraqueryName.
