Terms and Conditions for Sale

1. Prices
a) All goods are sold subject to prices and conditions ruling at the time of delivery.
b) The Company reserves the right to amend prices, specifications, part numbers and
despatch without any prior notice.
c) Prices shown in this price list are Maximum Retail Prices.
d) Alterations and additions to this recommended price list will be advised in the form
of supplements, which will be issued periodically until the next edition of this list
is published.

2. Delivery
a) The Company reserves the right to execute all orders in part or full according to
Availability of material.
b) The Company shall not be responsible for failure to deliver or delay in supply of
goods either in part or full due to acts of god, war revolution, embargo, riots, civil
or political disturbances. Force Majeure other cause beyond the control of Company
such failure/ delay shall not entitle the buyers to cancel the contract/ order nor will
the Company be liable to make good any damage including consequential damage
arising from such failure to deliver or delay in supply.
c) Delivery is complete when materials are handed over to the transporter and no
claim for shortages will be accepted thereafter.

3. Consignment
a) Consignments are forwarded at buyers risk
b) No claims for shortages in supplies or other complaints regarding deliveries will be
entertained unless the Company is notified thereof within fifteen days from receipt
of goods.

4. Warranty
a) The products are warranted by REIL Electricals India Limited to be free from all
Defects in material and manufacture as per REIL Electricals India Limited Standard
Warranty clause.

5. Jurisdiction
a) All suits arising between the Company , on the one hand and the others parties shall
be instituted in the appropriate Court in Pondicherry and jurisdiction of all other
Courts is specifically excluded.

6. General
a) Maximum Retail Prices are for per piece only. Orders will be accepted multiples in of
Standard Packing Quantity only.
b) This Price List cancels all the previous price lists, parts & service information bulletins
related to price.
c) The supplements that would be issued to price list from time to time should be adhered to.
