Information from Family Meeting

Our family meeting was held on Saturday, July16, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Cynthia
Scruggs Terry was the meeting convener. The following decisions were made
regarding our Family Reunions.
1. All Family Reunions will be held the 3rd weekend in July during even
years. (2018, 2020, 2022, 2024, etc.)
2. It was decided that it was too expensive to have the next Reunion in
Anchorage, Alaska, however, at some point, a group might explore the
idea of just going to Alaska.
3. Four states/cities/areas were decided on as locations for the reunions to
be held. Persons living in those states, cities or areas will work together
to plan the reunion.
4. Reunion Dates
2018 Columbia, South Carolina Chair - Acy Suber, Jr.
2020 Atlanta, Georgia
Chair - Cynthia Terry, Chair
2022 New York, New Jersey and Maryland Chair TBD
2024 Charlotte, North Carolina Chair - TBD
