009, in particular the creation of a Standard
Training Program (STP).

under PNP MC 2015-009, DBM Joint Circular No.

nationwide training
program for BPAT

Modelling a training program and actual

application in pilot areas in 6 Months leading to
the creation of a laddered training program for
BPAT/BPO with UPTRAS accreditation for TVIs
and scholarship appropriation.
