If within that period, the Company re: ceives from Distributor or Customer written notice of any alleged detect inor oncontormance of any such product andif, inthe Company'ssole judgement, the product does not conform or is found to be defective in material or ‘workmanship, then Distributor of Cus- tomer shall, al the Company's request, feturn the part or Customer shall atthe Company's request, return the part or product freight prepaid to the Company's plant and the Company, at its option and expense shall repair or replace the detective part or product or repay to Distributor or Customer the full price paid for such part or product.
