INFORMATION

Herein accused Raphael Mari Chaves, of the crime of murder, defined and penalized under
Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about the 30th of April 2013, in the City of

Makati, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, herein
accused, with treachery and evident premeditation, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously assault and slit the neck of JUAN
TUAZON with a samurai, while the latter was walking along an alley
going back to his parked tricycle, putting accuseds arm over the
shoulder of the victim, to insure that there would be no risk to himself,
inflicting fatal wounds in the neck which caused the death of Juan
Santos.
